Dates are confirmed on a first come basis once the booking is agreed, so nothing is held while you compare options. Send the group event request form or call (817) 983-6346 with your preferred date, time and group size, and we will tell you what is still open before you commit.
A booking covers your court time, paddle rentals for guests who do not own one, a Pickleball 101 crash course for first timers, and tournament facilitation if you want organized play. Decorations, food and any outside vendors are arranged by you. Ask about cricket lanes or table tennis when you book.
Yes. The smaller packages reserve one to two courts, or three to four courts, plus a private lounge area, while the rest of the 26,000 square foot arena stays open to members and other bookings. Only a full buyout of all seven pickleball courts gives your group the building to itself.
Every package below a full buyout includes a private lounge area, and that is where groups put food, drinks and gifts away from the courts. Table and setup arrangements are confirmed at booking, so tell us in the request form how many guests you are feeding and whether an outside vendor is coming.
Tell us in advance and we will agree a setup window ahead of your booked start time. Most groups decorate the private lounge area, which is where banners, balloons and table displays go. Anything you want placed near the courts, the nets or the lighting should be cleared with us when you confirm.
Court time in the standard packages runs two hours, with the smaller package covering one to two courts and the middle package three to four. Full buyouts and longer bookings are quoted separately. Setup and clear down time is agreed on top of the playing time, so allow extra either side.
Yes. Guests who are only there to eat, watch or socialize are welcome, and they use the private lounge area and the space around the courts. Only the people playing need paddles and court time, which makes numbers easier to plan. Give us your total head count so the lounge is set up correctly.
Call (817) 983-6346 or email info@padandpaddle.com as soon as you know. Moving a date depends on what is open, and daytime slots are usually easier to move into than late afternoons and evenings, which stay busy with regular members. Deposit and payment terms are confirmed at the time you book.
Yes. Tournament development and facilitation is one of the things a private booking can include, so rather than unstructured play we can build a bracket, run the matches and keep score for your group. Pair it with the Pickleball 101 crash course if some guests have never picked up a paddle.
Every package includes a private lounge area alongside your court time, so the group has somewhere to sit, eat and regroup between games. That matters most on longer bookings and when guests are rotating on and off court. A full buyout adds all seven courts to that private space.
