Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 10:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 11:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 11:00pm and Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm. The arena opens an hour earlier on Saturday and Sunday, which is part of why weekend morning slots go quickly. Phone and front desk enquiries are handled inside those same hours.

Bookings run through CourtReserve, so sign into your CourtReserve account first, where your existing reservations are listed. For changes close to the start time, or anything the portal will not let you do yourself, call (817) 983-6346 and speak to the team directly rather than waiting on an email reply.
Open the CourtReserve booking portal linked from the site. It shows live availability for both pickleball courts and cricket lanes and lets you reserve on the spot. If the time you want is not showing, call (817) 983-6346 and ask the team to check, since not everything is visible online.
Send the details to info@padandpaddle.com or through the contact form: your date, rough guest numbers, which sports you want and how long you need the space. The team comes back with availability for that date and a quote, since event pricing is {{PRICING}}. For a date inside the next week, call instead.
Yes. The contact form and info@padandpaddle.com take messages at any hour, and CourtReserve lets you book online overnight without speaking to anyone. Replies go out during opening hours, so a message sent late on a Sunday evening is answered after the arena opens at 9:00am on Monday.
